Achieve Your Goals

The hard way is to work night and day, stay obsessed, rarely sleep, and never give up. Since everyone talks about the hard way, I want to address the easy way.

After all, why struggle if you don’t have to?

I’ve used the easy way to create bestselling books, lose 70 pounds in 8 months, find my ideal mate, get healthy, increase my wealth, and much more.

Obviously, it works.

Here’s the formula in brief:

1. Be grateful for what you already have.

2. Playfully declare what you would like to have, with
positive emotion, feeling as if it is already achieved.

3. Act on the nudges and opportunities that appear.

That’s it. In my bestselling book, “The Attractor Factor,” I explain a 5-step formula for getting what you want. It’s crucial for those times when you don’t feel grateful, or can’t decide on what you want, or don’t understand the concept of letting go while taking inspired action. It’s also helpful when you have issues about money, or deserving, or feel in any way blocked from your goals.

But the bottom-line for me is this: Declare what you would like with no attachment and plenty of good feeling, feel grateful for what you already have, and act on what
appears.

The result will be the manifestation of a happy life.

Let’s explore this in depth.

1. Feel grateful now.

It doesn’t mater where you live or what you have.

If you’re reading this column, you’re most likely living like a king or queen compared to people in third world countries. You may even be living better than kings or queens from history, as they often lived in cold, violent, frightful times. You’ve got it made.

2. Choose what you want without attachment, feeling as if it is already achieved.
There’s magic in saying, “I’d love to—(fill in the blank) but I won’t die if I don’t have it.”

Since the world is simply energy taking form, when you declare you want something, you begin to attract it. But when you say you need something, the need pushes it away. You want to select your desire, and feel the joy of already having it, without feeling any desperation. “Need” will push it away and “Desire” will attract it. If you feel as if you “already” have it, then you “will” have it.
3. Act on your opportunities and intuitions.
You may get offers, calls, or who knows what other opportunities. Act on them. You never know what will lead you to your goal. Your ego cannot see the big picture.

Intuition and opportunities will come to you from the larger view, and your job is to act on them. As you do, you will be taken to your goal, even when it appears you are being blocked away. Trust is key.

Is that really all there is to it?

Again, the fuller procedure in “The Attractor Factor” will take care of any snags in the process, but the basic process
is simple.

Let’s walk through it step-by-step:

1. Look around your room. What are you grateful for?
Make a list. Get into the authentic feeling of true
gratitude. In other words, be happy now. You don’t need
a reason to be happy. But if you want one, find
something, anything, to be grateful for right now. When
you’re grateful, you’re in a mental place that will attract
more to be grateful for.

2. Look around the playground of your mind. What would
you like to have, do, or be? What would be fun? Write it
down. As you do, feel what it would be like to already
have it now. Pretend you won the lotto. What would you
want for yourself or others? What would be fun? The key
is playful non-attachment, while experiencing its
completion ‘now.’
3. Now pay attention. As you go about your life, listen to
your hunches and act on them, and pay attention to the
opportunities and act on them. You never know what
will take you in the direction of your goal. Your job is to
take inspired action. You may have some work to do in
this step, but the work will be from your heart, and will
take you in the direction of getting your goal.

Why not go through the steps right now?

Write them down, experience them, and then check back in a few weeks and see how they are doing. You may surprise yourself by how easily and quickly your goals are achieved.

Above all, have fun. Keep smiling. Be playful. Stay grateful. These are all elements of the new secret to manifesting your goals.

    2) Please humour me and try to answer this question; as I am sure you know, change is the only constant, yes? So when trying the above, there must have been some change, maybe not from trying the above, but from the fact of its contancy, yes? Could you please identify any such change at all to me please?

  6. I understand all of the above instructions and have applied them, but I find it difficult to stay on track when everything financially in my present is going wrong. That`s when fear sets in and negative thoughts take over. What do I do in this situation

  8. The law of attraction, the attractor factor, positive manifestation, what you intend you receive… they’re all true.
    I have been doing this for my entire life. I didn’t understand until recently what it was that I was actually doing. But it hasn’t just recently started being true.

    If you are having any trouble with this, you need get clear about what you are asking for. Because the hands down truth is: whatever it is, you’re getting it.

    If it’s

    It’s important to understand. The universe cannot read verbs.
    When you state: “I need my serious issues in my life,especially with money, to go away”.
    All the universe hears is:
    “I need my serious issues in my life,especially with money.

    Start Small. Try attracting a car. Not one to have or own. Attract the car you’re going to see out on the road. Set a timeline.
    “In 30 days time I will see a black on yellow late model ford mustang with a scoop on the hood”. Picture it in your head. Heck, look one up on the internet. Concentrate on it for about 30 minutes a day for a week and then after that, think about it when you wake up and when you’re going to sleep. “I am GOING TO SEE a black on yellow late model ford mustang with a scoop on the hood. I promise - you WILL see a Black on Yellow Late Model Mustang with a scoop on the hood. If you don’t trust it - you won’t see it. Loosen it up if you have to. I will see a yellow car with Black trim.
    But be CLEAR. KNOW IT. Picture it. Be satisfied that seeing it in your mind is close enough; and you WILL see one.

    Go to the beach. Find a Rock. (a Thank you Rock, a command rock, an intention rock, a praise God rock, a wealth rock, a prosperity rock) whatever it is that you want that will work for you.
    Get yourself a hand full of “life blows” rocks. Whenever you feel down and helpless to change your attitude.. rub the heck out of the rock for 5 minutes then toss it into the bushes. Once the rock’s gone you have to agree the problem is gone. You gotta let it go.

    So if “I need my serious issues in my life,especially with money,
    to go away”. is your focus; Change it.
    “I am so happy now that I have an effortless life.”
    “I am so happy now that I understand just how prosperous I am”
    “I am so grateful, that I have enough in this life to enjoy each day”
    “I am happy, healthy, fit, and strong.”
    “Man, does my life rock - now that I am a millionaire!”
    “I am ALWAYS in the right place at the right time”

    Write down the things you are happy and feel good about.
    Make copies, tac’em all over your house. Make it so that you can’t face ANY direction in ANY spot in your home, and not see one of them.

    I have positive statements written on paper, about the day that I won (yeah past tense - on purpose) a 50 million dollar lottery, all over my house!

    I have pictures on my computer of myself and my girlfriend standing in front of landmarks that I intend to visit. I have collage pictures of the cars I want. I surround and bombard myself with all the things that I desire. So that I can’t get away from it.
    That’s why people suffer under stress.
    It’s not stress that causes the problems.
    EVERYBODY can handle stress.
    Stress is NOTHING.
    What weights people down is the sensation that no matter what they can’t escape it. That they cannot get away from it.

    I don’t think about stress, I don’t think about my health, I don’t think about my weight, I don’t watch the news, I DO watch funny movies all day, I don’t do math to figure out if I will be over-extending myself by doing, getting, or going what/wherever I want. I never lack. I never think about what I don’t have.
    and I ALWAYS end up having enough.

    It works, unless you doubt it works. And then it still works.

  11. As much as I enjoyed the preliminary issue and it’s content, at this time I do not want to continue with a subscription. I do not have sufficient time to pursue all the motivational interests that I have and do not want to continue. I did not realise that by accepting the initial issue that additional issues would be deducted from my account and I would like to stop at this point. I could not find any other way to unsubscribe. I will accept this current chagre to my account and the issue, but please do not continue at this time. I may choose to continue at another time. As a footnote, it is annoying that I get two charges for the magazine when it does charge to my account of the magazine charge and an international charge.
